The Aceh provincial administration will organize Gayo Alas Mountain International Festival (GAMIF) lasting 100 days beginning September 14th this year. The festival would be held in four districts simultaneously, The four districts are Bener Meriah, Central Aceh, Gayo Lues and Southeast Aceh.

The festival is aimed at speeding up development in Gayo and Alas special regions. The festival promoting traditional art and culture of Aceh is a means to boost the development in the central Aceh region through a tourism event. You can join Gayo Alas Mountain International Festival (GAMIFest) 2018 in Gayo Highland. GAMIFest will start from 14th September until 24 November 2018.

GAMI Festival 2018 bertema “The Power of Nature” akan dibuka di Lapangan Musara Alun, Takengon – Kabupaten Aceh Tengah yang ikut melibatkan komunitas budaya dan pariwisata serta Pemerintah (Pusat, Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota lainnya).
